Good care must be taken of the property and contents.  It must also be left clean and tidy.

Bookings will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.  The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your holiday begins.  Should a booking be cancelled less than 28 days before arrival refunds will not be considered unless the property can be re-let.  The deposit is non-refundable.

The property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

We cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, sickness or injury, however caused, to the tenant or any member of the party or any of their possessions.

Old School Lodge is a non smoking property.  Guests are welcome to smoke outside.  Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.
